When it first opened in December 1990, Dusit Resort Hua Hin was originally designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere in a traditional colonial style. Nowhere was this more apparent than at the Lobby, where arriving guests received their first glimpse of the resort.
Over the years, many exciting events have happened at the resort and in Hua Hin too, which saw the need for a convention center - named the Royal Dusit Hall and opened over a year ago, the construction of a grander gateway entrance to the resort, and introduction of new restaurants such as The Restaurant, San Marco, and the Dusit Gourmet.
The new Lobby with full length glass walls and panoramic views of the Gulf of Siam is the latest in this line of major improvements. Only the finest quality contemporary materials were used, to create a lighter, brighter and more open space for guests to arrive and relax in.
